Season 11, Episode 11: Brew Session (Suspicious Stowaway // Seafaring Werewolf) + Flashback (Slogurk, the Overslime)

Each season, we poll the brewers in our Faithless Brewing Discord community to see which cards people are most excited to brew with. The #1 card on that list for Midnight Hunt? Suspicious Stowaway, and its furry alter ego, the Seafaring Werewolf.

There’s no doubt that looting is powerful, and that free card draw is even better, but it still came as a surprise to see this little Looter il-Kor clone so high on the rankings. We don’t get these cards often, but they have natural weaknesses: too small for combat, and dying to all forms of removal without leaving behind anything of value. On the other hand, if Suspicious Stowaway lives, you could easily loot and plunder your way to an easy victory. What happens when we pile up the looting and card draw effects in blue tempo strategies? There’s only one way to find out!
